Career Mentoring

Job Interview

Why Mentoring?

Our career is full of ups and downs during our long journey. This is a marathon and not a sprint.

First, we must know what will make us happy, lead to self-fulfillment, feel respected and appreciated, a sense of belonging and love, and psychological and physical security.

Many times if we stop for a second, take a step back, and look at our journey, we will see why we are frustrated, feel unfulfilled, and stressed out.

We must change our question - from "what do others want?" to "what do I want?".

With very practical tools, I will help you improve and fine-tune yourself and your job search.

Here are a few Q's you can ask yourself -

  • How happy am I in my current position?

  • How happy am I in my current company?

  • What is the next step in my career?

  • What is the message I am sending to the world?

  • What do my CV and LinkedIn convey?

  • What does my network look like right now?

  • What type and size of organization will suit me and what position?

I went through this journey myself, it took me many months to learn each step, so today I can make all this knowledge accessible to you and shorten your processes.

Let's do a short introductory meeting and you'll understand!
