My management approach

From my experience there is a difference between being sensitive and sensitive management.

The manager must be sensitive to the employee's needs and see him fully and thus he will gain trust, commitment and loyalty.

Employees are our most valuable resource.

In my experience, as the organization grows, quite a few managers distance themselves from their employees emotionally and focus on tasks and results without noticing that this leads to employee burnout, high turnover and low performance.

We must treat emotion in management as the quality of management, and a tool that every manager must have for the success of his employees and his personal success.

Managers turn to me and say: "What am I a kindergarten teacher?" - the answer is no, but we must be there for our employees, and as a manager we must respond to many of the employee's needs, in order to create psychological security that produces creativity and flight. The manager must be attentive, empathetic and practical in order to lead to the resolution of conflicts and lead processes and tasks forward.

"My boss is into the smallest details and drives me crazy" - another sentence that repeats itself, and we must understand that "micro" management creates closure, lack of confidence to make mistakes and hence creativity in the organization decreases.

Therefore, I believe that it is possible to help every manager develop trust in his employees, using tools that provide transparency of processes, task status and efficiency, without harming the employee's feelings.
