Mindful Experience
Mindfulness reached the West in the seventies by John Cavett Zinn, and at the center of the approach - turning attention to what is happening now, without judgment and automatic reaction. And with this approach, I act, manage, and coach. The ambition is to remain curious and meet life as it is with clarity and stability.
As the service organization grows, in most companies the quality of the service decreases. In my experience, it is possible to maintain the level of service through conscious management aimed at constant improvement over time, areas such as optimal communication, recruitment of the right people, proper development of employees and managers, customer-focused culture and processes, a correct cs platform, and a clear vision.
Sensitive management means that the manager sees the employees and their needs, and strengths, as well as the challenges and difficulties they face, and addresses them to create trust and a safe environment that leads to creativity, commitment, and effectiveness of the employee in the organization over time.
Among the many approaches and methods I have learned, this approach is the one I relate to the most and that is why I present it here - it is a coaching approach that sees the person as a whole, resourceful, independent, and creative. During the coaching journey, we will focus on you, right now, and provoke change, through the enablement of your strengths.
